Matthew D. Armstrong, Orlando, Florida. Armstrong is a former of counsel who joined the Firm in 2018 with the Broad and Cassel combination and practices corporate representation in mergers and acquisitions, private investments, and securities transactions.
Vinoda Basnayake, Washington, D.C. Basnayake is a former of counsel who joined the Firm in 2014 and chairs the Firm's District of Columbia Government Relations Practice.
Lindsay L. Builder, Greenville, South Carolina. Builder is a former associate who joined the Firm in 2014 and practices in professional liability defense, construction litigation, commercial litigation, and products liability.
Travis Bustamante, Charlotte, North Carolina. Bustamante is a former associate who joined the Firm in 2011 and practices product liability litigation, e-discovery and litigation readiness, healthcare litigation, and antitrust.
